minecraft as you can see it adds in a bunch of different cars that you can get in a bunch of different color variations it's kind of overwhelming in a way but it does allow you to get some awesome cars installed in minecraft so let's go ahead and just jump on into it the first thing you want to do is go to the second link down below that's going to take you here this is the ultimate car mod download page on this page come over to the right hand side scroll down to the minecraft 119 section and click the orange download button to the right of it after that the car mod will start move the ultimate car mod and forge to our desktop do that by clicking the little windows icons in the top left of my screen probably in the bottom of your screen or bottom center of your screen on windows 11. type in downloads you have this downloads file folder here then in here we have forge and the car mod drag and drop these to our desktop now to get started off we're actually going to be focusing on forge this is because forge is the mod loader that the car mod needs now if these icons aren't correct that's okay let's see if we can open up forge go ahead and right click on forge click on open with click java and click ok but if you don't have java here let's go ahead and get it you need java 17 specifically and you guessed it in the description you can find the link to this page which is our in-depth guide on how to download install java for minecraft mods and servers car mod isn't a mod obviously so you need this version of java in order for it to work now you may also need to run the jar fix that's what's going to fix those icons if they're broken takes all the jar files in your computer and links them back to java but before you can run the jar fix you need java 17 first now let's go ahead and finally right click on forge click on open with click java and click ok this is going to open up the mod system installer for forge where you want to make sure install client is selected and click ok it's not going to download install and do everything it needs to do to get forward set up the only reason it won't work at this point is if you have the minecraft launcher or minecraft itself open right make sure both of those are closed or if you've never played minecraft 119 before go do that come back and then you'll be able to install forge nonetheless let's go ahead and once it's successfully installed as you can see here click ok super easy at this point to install the car mod let's get it done to do that open up the minecraft launcher and then once you're in the minecraft launcher you should have a forged profile now i have one automatically selected here if you don't click this little arrow select forge click play click play again but if you don't have forge here or you don't have 119 dash forge click on installations make sure modded is checked as you can see unchecked modded it's gone there we go it appears click play click play again but if you still don't have forge here click new installation you can name whatever you want i'm name it forge 1.19 and once we've got forge 1.19 named we click on this version drop down box then you want to select release 119 dash forge here that's the most important part make sure the version is correct as 119 dash forge i'm going to change the resolution you don't have to i'm just doing that so we can see once we get in game click create and now we have this new forge 119 profile we can click play and click play again from this point it's super easy to get cars in minecraft literally all we need to do is install the car mod right just do some dragging and dropping after opening a folder so let's go ahead and wait to the minecraft main menu where on the main menu all we need to do is click mods and open mods 4. again that's from the minecraft main menu click mods and then click on open mods folder now we'll open our mods folder here where all we need to do is drag and drop the car mod from our desktop into the mods folder now if we come back to minecraft the car mod's not here but if we click done quit minecraft and reopen minecraft making sure we're playing with our forge profile which you've already created right that's already there it's still there in minecraft there it is just click play and then click play again boom now minecraft will open up with the 119 car mod downloaded installed and working awesome stuff i love to see that come together i'd love to see a mod installed and guess what i'm going to be able to showcase this model better because we did do an in-depth showcase that was featured on the mods page before doing that previously so i still have that world of course and i'm going to show you the carbon network do note though that carmod's currently in alpha which means there are bugs and there could be bugs converting this world to 1.19 so keep that in mind and if there is an issue well that's okay i can show you in another world but from the main menu click on mods just to confirm the ultimate car mod is there and it is and like i said we have the ultimate car mod world that we can jump in just again this could be buggy because these are all the cars from like the previous version the 180 version of the car mod being brought up into 119. in theory they should work but they might not if they don't that's perfectly okay but as we can see it's taking a second to load and once we are loaded in game here's the fleet if you will these are all sorts of different cars you can get and this is by no means every car you can get you've also got the garage here which we can actually spawn a car in because we have one already created and then we can drive on over there right like so i forget how do you uh how do you start the car one second we can go into options controls and keybinds and we can see how to start the car here so in order to start the engine we need to hold r let's go ahead and do that boom hold r we should get some exhaust going on whenever the car does start no do we have any fuel it's very possible but nevertheless cars can be driven i do i do promise you that maybe we can try
